Help to Buy Flyer

I was asked to produce an A5 flyer promoting the government's Help to Buy scheme. Other than following the scheme's style and the requested print size, I was given free reign to produce what I thought would be best.

Using the scheme's fonts and colour palette, I created the ladder/house illustration for the front myself and conducted picture research for the image on the back. The final design was produced to full 4-colour, print-res specifications.
